These Terms govern your use of the RackScore website and mobile application. By using RackScore, you agree to these Terms and any applicable app-store terms.

Purpose of RackScore

RackScore uses AI to generate estimated deer antler measurements and scores from photographs. Results are provided for informational, recreational and comparison purposes.

Estimated scores are not official

Photo angle, lighting, distance, image quality and hidden antler points can affect an estimate. RackScore results are not official or certified measurements and should not be treated as guaranteed.

No Boone and Crockett affiliation

RackScore is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by the Boone and Crockett Club. References to B&C scoring criteria are descriptive and based on publicly known scoring concepts.

You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You grant RackScore the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze and display that content so the requested features can operate. You must have the right to upload the content you submit.

Intellectual property

RackScore’s software, brand, design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of RackScore technology or branding to you.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RackScore is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every estimate will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RackScore and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
